Welcome to swiftoptics.co.il (the “Site”). These Terms govern your use of the Site and your purchase of products. By accessing the Site and/or purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. General

  1. The Site swiftoptics.co.il (the “Site”) is operated by Swift Optics (the “Company”) and is used, among other things, to purchase sport sunglasses, snow goggles (ski/snowboard), and related accessories (the “Products”).
  2. References herein in the masculine are for convenience only and apply equally to all genders.
  3. Your use of the Site, including purchases, is subject to these Terms and the Company’s Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time.
  4. By using the Site and/or purchasing Products, you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the Terms; these Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the Company.

2. Purchases on the Site

  1. The Site enables convenient, easy, and secure online purchase of Products subject to available inventory.
  2. Purchases may be made by credit card and/or other supported payment methods shown at checkout. A transaction is confirmed only after approval by the payment processor/issuer.
  3. Unless stated otherwise, prices on the Site include VAT as required by law.
  4. The Company may, at its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, at any time discontinue marketing/sales of a Product, update prices, limit quantities per purchaser, or revoke purchase rights in case of misuse.

3. Cancellation of a Transaction Before Dispatch

  1. You may request to cancel an order for a full refund if the order has not yet been handed to the courier.
  2. If the order has already been handed to the courier, the request will be handled as a return after delivery (see Section 4).
  3. Submit cancellation requests via the Site’s “Contact Us” page or email: support@swiftoptics.co.il. The effective request date is when it is actually received by the Company.

4. Returns & Exchanges After Delivery

  1. Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided the Product is in its original packaging, with tags, and without signs of use/damage/breakage/scratches on lenses.
  2. Return method: via paid courier and/or self-return to the Company’s warehouse (as may be offered on the “Shipping & Returns” page).
  3. Return shipping fee: a return shipping fee may apply, as detailed on the “Shipping & Returns” page at the time of the request.
  4. Refund options:
    1. Store credit — after the return is received and approved; the credit does not expire unless stated otherwise.
    2. Refund to original payment method — within up to 10 business days from approval of the return, less return-shipping fees (if applicable) and/or a cancellation fee in accordance with law.
  5. Original shipping fees paid with the order are non-refundable, as the service is provided by the courier.
  6. Processing time: from pickup of the return until completion of the refund/exchange may take up to 21 business days (including transit to warehouse, intake, and inspection). During peak seasons, delays may occur; you will be notified by email when the package is received.
  7. Promotions/bulk orders & Pre-Orders: for partial returns on orders that benefited from a discount/benefit, the refund amount will be recalculated according to the actual Products retained by the customer.
  8. Exchanges: Products may be exchanged within 14 days as per Section 4.1; exchanges are subject to available stock and exchange costs as listed on the “Shipping & Returns” page.
  9. The Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and regulations enacted thereunder apply in addition to this policy insofar as they grant additional consumer rights.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  1. The Company will deliver the Product to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are listed on the “Shipping & Returns” page and may vary by shipping method and destination. Default maximum: up to 14 business days.
  2. The Company is not responsible for delays/non-delivery caused by force majeure and/or circumstances beyond its control (strikes, extreme weather, customs delays, etc.).
  3. Delivery is to the address submitted by the customer at purchase. Self pickup is available only if explicitly stated on the Site.
  4. Shipping costs are as listed on the “Shipping & Returns” page and may be updated from time to time.

6. Pre-Orders & Split Shipments

  1. “Pre-Order” means purchasing in advance a Product not yet available in immediate stock. The estimated arrival date is shown on the product page.
  2. Pre-Order items will ship after they arrive at the warehouse and are processed.
  3. For orders containing both in-stock and Pre-Order items, the Company may offer: (a) a single shipment after all items are in stock; or (b) split shipments, subject to shipping policy and fees listed on the relevant page.
  4. Shipping/exchange benefits are applied per order as a whole, unless stated otherwise.

8. Product Warranty

  1. The warranty covers substantial manufacturing defects in the Product body and/or its operation for 12 months from purchase, subject to proof of purchase.
  2. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, lens scratches, exposure to excessive heat, chemicals, or accidents.
  3. The exclusive remedy for a defective Product under the warranty is repair and/or replacement, at the Company’s discretion. The Company’s liability will not exceed the actual purchase price.
  4. To activate the warranty, contact Customer Service as per Section 7.

9. Data Security & Privacy

  1. The Company employs standard data-security measures to protect user privacy. However, events beyond the Company’s control may lead to exposure/loss of data; to the extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect damages arising therefrom.
  2. Personal data is used to provide Site services, process orders, deliver customer service, perform direct marketing subject to consent, and improve user experience — all in accordance with the Company’s current Privacy Policy.
  3. For full details on collection and use of data, your rights under law (including rights of access and rectification), data controller identity, recipients, and data transfers, please see the Privacy Policy on the Site.

10. Use of Information for Marketing & Service Improvement

The Company reserves the right to collect and process information provided by users on the Site, including personal details and usage data, and to use such information for marketing, advertising, statistical analysis, and improvement of services provided on the Site, without requiring user consent for each specific use. Such use will be made in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Site and its contents (including design, texts, images, videos, trademarks) are owned by the Company and/or by third parties who have authorized their use. You may not copy, distribute, publish, or modify any content without the Company’s prior written approval.

12. General Limitation of Liability

Subject to applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Site and/or the Products, including loss of profits or data. In any case, the Company’s liability to a customer shall not exceed the amount of the relevant transaction made by that customer.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.
  2. Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute relating to these Terms and/or use of the Site and/or purchases shall lie with the competent courts in the districts of Tel-Aviv–Jaffa, Haifa, Jerusalem, or Be’er Sheva.

14. Miscellaneous

  1. The Company may update these Terms and related policies from time to time. The binding version is the version published on the Site at the time of use.
  2. Typing/printing/display errors regarding a product description/price shall not bind the Company; in such cases, the customer will be offered the option to cancel the transaction without charge.
  3. Section headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation of the Terms.
