We offer domestic and international delivery options to ensure your Swift Optics gear arrives safely and quickly.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

• First Exchange Free within 30 days of receipt (for purchases made on the official Swift website).
• Additional exchanges: shipping fee ₪35.
• Exchanges between models may include price differences according to current prices on the website.
• Requests for extra payment (if required) will be sent via email/WhatsApp and must be completed within 60 minutes, otherwise canceled.
• Price differences in favor of the customer will be refunded as a gift card for use on the website.
• No returns/refunds for used products.
• Order Cancellation under the Consumer Protection Law: within 14 days of receiving the product or transaction details (whichever is later). A fee of 5% or 100₪ – whichever is lower – applies.
• Returns between 14–30 days will be refunded via gift card.
• Promotions/gifts: Partial returns void the benefit; refund issued after adjustment.
• Return shipping cost: ₪35, collected by courier arranged with customer service.
• Attach the return label to the original packaging. Arrival time to warehouse: up to 7 business days.
• Refunds are processed on the day the package arrives; credit card refunds take up to 15 business days, depending on the card provider.
• Return Package Standard: Box, hard case, stickers, cloth, fabric pouch, clip-on, and any item originally included.
