Return/Exchange Policy

You can make a first exchange on any order without the cost of home delivery within 30 days of placing the order.
A second or more exchange for the same order will incur an additional cost of 35 NIS.
Switching between models may incur additional costs.
There may be cost differences depending on the current price on the site at the time of approval of the exchange request. The final price will only be determined at the time of approval. If there is a difference between the models, you will send a payment request via email/WhatsApp.
Payment will be completed within 60 minutes of submitting the request. If payment is not made, the exchange request will be rejected.
If there is a difference in your favor, a gift card will automatically be issued for redemption on the site for the total difference upon confirmation of the exchange.
Returns and credits will not be allowed on used products.
Instructions for performing a replacement:

The first exchange on any order is free of charge for home delivery. The exchange can be made through the Exchanges/Returns portal.

Returns:

The Consumer Protection Law allows you to cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, or from the date of receipt of the transaction details - whichever is later.
Returns can be made for a refund up to 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product, or from the date of receipt of the transaction details - whichever is later. The credit will be given after deducting fees in the amount of 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower by law. Returns received after more than 14 business days and up to 30 days from the order will be credited as a gift card for redemption on the site, which will be automatically sent to the email address through which the order was made.
Promotions and benefits in which you receive an item as a gift when requesting a cash credit for a partial return of an order to which the same promotion/benefit applies.
The offer/benefit will be canceled and a credit will be given for the difference minus 5% or NIS 100, whichever is lower, as required by law.

Instructions for making a return:

The return is made by courier to your home at a cost of 35 NIS via a representative via email/WhatsApp.
The return label you received with your order must be affixed to the outside of the package.

It is important to know that the package reaches us up to 7 business days from the moment it is collected from you.
The package will be credited on the day the package arrives at our warehouse, and you will receive an update about this via email.
You will be able to see the refund in your payment method within 14 business days, depending on your credit card company.



The standards for exchanging/returning products:

Products will not be accepted without the original packaging, which includes: box, hard case, stickers, lens cleaning cloth, cloth carrying case, clip-on, and any item that comes in the package.
